3、percentagelargefiberlengthdiameterratiowellproptioneddistributionarebeneficialtothestrengthtoughnessofSFRCwhichconsequentlyleadtoexcellentantiblastantiperationperfmanceobviousreductionofexplosioninducedspalling.Thisresea

4、rchaimsatintegrating3DbraidingtechniquewithSFRCdeveloping3Dbraidedsteelfiberreinfcedconcrete(3DBSFC).Steelfibersarefirstlybraidedputintomouldsthenslurryisinfiltratedin.SincefibersarenotmixedinfibervolumepercentageinBSFCi

5、snotlimitedbythemixprocessasinSFRCthefiberientationdistributionalsocanbedesigned.FurthermeasbraidedsteelfiberscanwkintegrallyBSFCisexpectedtoexhibitedbetterperfmancethanSFRC.Thispaperattemptstoimplement3DBSFCgetspecimens

6、ofBSFCsubsequentlyinvestigatethemechanicalperfmance.Oneofthemanufacturingproceduresofmaking3DBSFCinclude:1)layfibersintwoperpendiculardirectionswithinaplane2)acertainamountofslurryisinfiltratedin3)layanotherfiberlayerinf

7、iltrateslurry4)afterallofthehizontalfibersareplacedverticalfibersareed.Theotherinclude:1)braid3Dsteelframwks2)lay3Dsteelframewkintomould3)infiltrateslurryshake.Thenspecimensof3DBSFCwithsteelfibervolumepercentage(Vf)of0(S

8、C0)5%(SC05)10%(SC10)wereprepared.Specimensweretesteduniaxiallybyamultifunctionservocontrolledtestingmachineundertwotypesofquasistaticlowstrainrate(104s1102s1).Thewholestressstraincurvestrengthtoughnesscompressionelastici

9、tymoduluswereobtained.Compressiveacteristicsof3DBSFCinfluencesofsteelfibervolumepercentagestrainrateonthebasicmechanicalperfmanceswereinvestigated.DynamiccompressivepropertiesofspecimensweretestedbyaSplitHopkinsonPressur

10、eBar(SHPB)of75mmdiameterdifferentstrainratelevelswereincluded.Somedataabout3DBSFCatdifferentstrainratesarereceivede.gdynamicstressstrainrelationsdynamicincreasingfacttheeffectoffibercontenttypeoffiberonthedynamicproperti
