39、/p><p>  圖1(a)是AD590的封裝形式,圖1(b)是AD590用于測(cè)量熱力學(xué)溫度的基本應(yīng)用電路。因?yàn)榱鬟^AD590的電流與熱力學(xué)溫度成正比,當(dāng)電阻R1和電位器R2的電阻之和為1k時(shí),輸出電壓VO隨溫度的變化為1mV/K。但由于AD590的增益有偏差,電阻也有誤差,因此應(yīng)對(duì)電路進(jìn)行調(diào)整。調(diào)整的方法為:把AD590放于冰水混合物中,調(diào)整電位器R2,使VO=273.2mV?;蛟谑覝叵?25度)條件下調(diào)整電位器,

40、使VO=273.2+25=298.2(mV)。但這樣調(diào)整只可保證在0度或25度附近有較高精度。</p><p>  2、攝氏溫度測(cè)量電路</p><p>  如圖2所示,電位器R2用于調(diào)整零點(diǎn),R4用于調(diào)整運(yùn)放LF355的增益。調(diào)整方法如下:在0度時(shí)調(diào)整R2,使輸出VO=0,然后在100度時(shí)調(diào)整R4使VO=100mV。如此反復(fù)調(diào)整多次,直至0度時(shí),VO=0mV,100度時(shí)VO=100mV為

41、止。最后在室溫下進(jìn)行校驗(yàn)。例如,若室溫為25度,那么VO應(yīng)為25mV。冰水混合物是0度環(huán)境,沸水為100度環(huán)境。</p><p>  要使圖2中的輸出為200毫伏/攝氏度,可通過增大反饋電阻(圖中反饋電阻由R3與電位器R4串聯(lián)而成)來實(shí)現(xiàn)。另外,測(cè)量華氏溫度時(shí),因華氏溫度等于熱力學(xué)溫度減去255.4再乘以9/5,故若要求輸出為1毫伏/華氏度,則調(diào)整反饋電阻約為180k,使得溫度為0攝氏度時(shí), VO=17.8mV;

42、溫度為100攝氏度時(shí),VO=197.8mV。AD581是高精度集成穩(wěn)壓器,輸入電壓最大為40V,輸出10V。</p><p>  3、溫差測(cè)量電路及其應(yīng)用</p><p>  (1). 電路與原理分析</p><p>  圖3是利用兩個(gè)AD590測(cè)量?jī)牲c(diǎn)溫度差的電路。在反饋電阻為100k的情況下,設(shè)1#和2# AD590處的溫度分別為和 ,則輸出電壓為。圖中電位器R

43、2用于調(diào)零。電位器R4用于調(diào)整運(yùn)放LF355的增益。改變的值可以改變VO的大小。</p><p><b>  (2). 應(yīng)用舉例</b></p><p>  以某節(jié)能型藥材倉庫溫、濕度控制系統(tǒng)為例,若要求庫房溫度低于T攝氏度時(shí),相對(duì)濕度低于A1B1%RH。則采取的兩種控制模式如下:</p><p>  控制模式一:當(dāng)庫內(nèi)相對(duì)濕度高于A1B1%R

44、H且?guī)焱鉁囟鹊陀赥攝氏度時(shí),進(jìn)行庫內(nèi)外通風(fēng)。這種方式是利用庫內(nèi)外濕度差進(jìn)行空氣的交換,以達(dá)到庫內(nèi)除濕的要求,其優(yōu)點(diǎn)是高效、節(jié)能、節(jié)省資金。但這種方式受到嚴(yán)格的控制。首先,庫外的相對(duì)濕度要低于庫內(nèi)的,它們之間的差要大于A2B2%RH,這樣才能有效保證及時(shí)地進(jìn)行庫內(nèi)的除濕。其次,庫內(nèi)庫外的溫度差要小于他們正常值的差,這是因?yàn)椋绻趲焱鉁囟冗h(yuǎn)高于庫內(nèi)溫度時(shí)進(jìn)行通風(fēng),熱空氣進(jìn)入庫區(qū)后遇上冷空氣就會(huì)造成藥品、器材表面結(jié)露的現(xiàn)象,進(jìn)而影響藥品和器

45、材的質(zhì)量。反之,如果在庫內(nèi)溫度遠(yuǎn)高于庫外溫度時(shí)進(jìn)行通風(fēng),冷空氣進(jìn)入庫內(nèi)后也會(huì)在藥品器材表面結(jié)露。另外,庫外溫度不能接近T攝氏度。這是因?yàn)?,如果庫外溫度接近T攝氏度時(shí)進(jìn)行通風(fēng),很可能使密閉的庫溫升高,從而超過溫度上限T攝氏度。</p><p>  控制模式二:當(dāng)溫度高于T攝氏度或濕度高于A1B1%RH但不滿足第一種情況時(shí),開啟冷凍空調(diào)機(jī)組進(jìn)行庫內(nèi)降溫除濕。</p><p>  為避免因庫內(nèi)外

46、溫差過大通風(fēng)時(shí)藥品、器材表面結(jié)露的現(xiàn)象,必須嚴(yán)格控制系統(tǒng)溫差值的精度。傳統(tǒng)的測(cè)溫差方法是對(duì)兩點(diǎn)溫度分別進(jìn)行處理(調(diào)理電路、A/D、運(yùn)算處理)后求差值,此方法所得溫差精度低。庫內(nèi)外溫差測(cè)量可采用圖3所示電路,利用溫差值直接與設(shè)定值相比較,既能保證較高的精度,又簡(jiǎn)化了系統(tǒng)的軟件設(shè)計(jì),提高了系統(tǒng)的可靠性。</p><p>  4、N點(diǎn)最低溫度值的測(cè)量</p><p>  將不同測(cè)溫點(diǎn)上的數(shù)個(gè)AD

47、590相串聯(lián),可測(cè)出所有測(cè)量點(diǎn)上的溫度最低值。</p><p>  該方法可應(yīng)用于測(cè)量多點(diǎn)最低溫度的場(chǎng)合。</p><p>  5、N點(diǎn)溫度平均值的測(cè)量</p><p>  把N個(gè)AD590并聯(lián)起來,將電流求和后取平均,則可求出平均溫度。</p><p>  該方法適用于需要多點(diǎn)平均溫度但不需要各點(diǎn)具體溫度的場(chǎng)合。</p>&l
