7、l structure, and current training situation in HN corp., countered current HR situation that had come to light, dissects problems in process of training, further put forward that HN corp. training system of structure tha

8、t based on hierarchy management. Secondly, article through foster modern training philosophy, establishing a system of training, organization, and management that gear to actual circumstances of retail industry from inst
