4、ons of the service providers in the whole country and is expected to improve the mobile value-added service experiences of the cell-phone users. After analyzing and comparing various of related platforms, the author prop

5、oses multi-layer software architecture on the basis of distributed component technology. The synthetic utilization of the ASP.NET and the component-based design philosophy make the business logic layer, display logic lay

6、er and datum storage layer keep relatively independent. This architecture can support different business mode and demand, and does not need to make much adjustment in services and data access when the business mode and d

7、emand changes. The system is made up of the web service portal subsystem, the statistical analysis subsystem, the management of material customization, the management of service inspection, the short message center, the

8、 intelligent monitor subsystem etc. Those functions such as authentication and authorization, personal customization, billing and settlement are provided. It mainly research on the design and realization of the web porta
