11、400715摘要 摘要：黃土高原的水土流失是脆弱的生態(tài)系統(tǒng)與不合理的人類活動共同作用的結(jié)果，水土保持是該地區(qū)生態(tài)恢復(fù)和重建的基礎(chǔ)，是經(jīng)濟和社會持續(xù)發(fā)展的必然要求。文章分析了黃土高原地區(qū)水土流失的基本現(xiàn)狀，探討了水土流失的影響因素，提出了黃土高原地區(qū)水土保持的建議。本文提倡采用節(jié)水型水土保持模式，加強淤地壩工程建設(shè)，防范基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)過程中的水土流失。提高生態(tài)植被建設(shè)質(zhì)量和效率，推進(jìn)退耕還林、退人還植工程建設(shè)。只有以水資源保護為核心，發(fā)展“
