3、1. 河南省焦作市中學領(lǐng)導對“新課標”認識不夠，片面的追求升學率，缺乏對中學體育的支持和關(guān)注；教師分配不合理，依舊運用舊模式，舊方法教學，初、高中教學內(nèi)容重復嚴重，影響教學質(zhì)量；籃球場地無法達到中學生上課和課外活動的需求。2.學校與教師對籃球運動的宣傳不到位，中學生籃球比賽較少，且形式不夠正規(guī)，降低了學生的興趣。3.中學籃球隊教練創(chuàng)新能力不足，不能與時俱進，教練隊伍偏于老齡化。4.籃球教學與籃球課外活動不能有機結(jié)合，起不到相輔相成的作用

5、hers within ten Middle School in Jiaozuo, Henan province, applying methods of Document Literature, Interviewing, Mathematical Statics and Logical Analysis. It reaches to the following conclusion: 1 The leaders of these
